Wanderlust Award

Ich wurde von Anja, die auch einen tollen Au Pair Blog schreibt, dazu nominiert, beim Wanderlust Award teilzunehmen. (Vielen lieben Dank an Anja!)

Dabei muss man 10 vorgegebene Fragen zum Thema Reisen beantworten (auf Englisch):

1. Where will you go and/or where are you right now?

My answers:

1. I'm still in Germany but I am going to live in Kitsap Peninsula near Seattle, Washington State in the USA in about a week.
2. The most beautiful place I have seen is Ireland.
3. That is a tough question. Actually I don't know an real answer to that.
4. I think that will be my camera to capture all the amazing memories, but also my travel diary for the same reason.
5. I would guess that they will be sad that I leave but also happy for me,   because they know that this is what I dream of.
6. Until now I visited obviously Germany, because I live there.. Moreover I   traveled to the Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, France, Belgium, Czech Republic. So I have seen 10 different countries so far.
7. I am documenting my trip with this Travel Blog and with my Instagram Profil @anne_riekem and for me personally with pictures and my travel diary.
8. Three places are not enough to numerate, because I want to see so many more. But I definitely want to visit #1 Hawaii #2 California and #3 The Grand Canyon while I'm in the US.
9. I would love to spend some time traveling around the world with my boyfriend.
10. I hate describing myself but during my application as an Au Pair I always described myself as: reliable, creative and friendly, which is actually not that creative :D

That was the Wanderlust Award.

I don't nominate somebody because every Au Pair Blog I know was already nominated and I think everybody can take part who wants to.

Vorstellung

Hallo zusammen,
mit diesem Post starte ich in die Bloggerwelt:
Ich möchte mich nur einmal kurz vorstellen: 
Ich bin Anne Rieke, 18 Jahre alt, und habe dieses Jahr die Schule beendet. 
Der Grund, warum ich jetzt diesen Blog starte, ist, dass ich mich dazu entschieden habe, ein Jahr als Au Pair in den USA zu verbringen. Mein großes Abenteuer beginnt am 29. August, wenn ich für 4 Tage für ein Einführungssiminar, die Orientation Days, nach New York fliege. Am 01. September geht das dann weiter zu meiner Gastfamilie, in die Nähe von Seattle, Washington State, wo ich die nächsten 12 Monate verbringen werde. Dort werde ich auf 3 Kinder im Alter von 7, 6 und 4 Jahren aufpassen.
Ich bin schon sehr aufgeregt und freue mich riesig auf mein Jahr, welches ich versuche auf diesem Wege mit euch zu teilen.
